Wimbledon Season at the Hurlingham Club – Summer in Full Swing

It’s Wimbledon time once again – and with the sun high and the Pimms flowing, London’s summer social season is in full swing!

Last week, we had the pleasure of spending an unforgettable afternoon with clients at the prestigious Hurlingham Clubin Fulham. Nestled in one of the most desirable corners of southwest London, the Club provided the perfect setting for the Giorgio Armani Tennis Classic – a pre-Wimbledon showcase featuring some of the biggest names in the game.

We were treated to a thrilling all-Italian clash, with Wimbledon finalist Matteo Berrettini narrowly edging out rising star Luciano Darderi in a nail-biting 10-point tie break. Then came the home favourite, Jack Draper, who had the crowd roaring as he handed Holger Rune his first ever loss at the event.

To wrap up the day in true style, the Legends Doubles match served up a mix of flair, finesse, and fun. Thomas Enqvistand Mark Philippoussis squared off against crowd-pleasers Mansour Bahrami and Feliciano Lopez, keeping everyone entertained with trick shots, laughter, and top-tier tennis.

Set against the lush backdrop of the Hurlingham area of Fulham, this event perfectly captured the charm, elegance, and spirit that define this part of London. It’s moments like these that make Fulham such a sought-after location for those looking to enjoy the best of both worlds – city living with a riverside village feel.

Best of luck to all the Brits competing at Wimbledon this year – the largest home contingent since 1984.

Let the Championships begin!
