Thrilled to exchange on our dear client's house in Seymour Walk

And that’s a wrap…! We are thrilled that contracts were exchanged on our dear client’s house yesterday in one of our favourite roads in Chelsea - Seymour Walk.

If you haven’t been down there before, it’s probably because it’s a cul de sac and no through road.

From the delicious principal bedroom suite worthy of much larger homes to the panoramic roof terrace (where you’ll pick up a Mediterranean tan if this weather persists) this was one of those properties I would buy myself, if I could afford it!

A big thank you to our joint agents Knight Frank, who introduced the buyer - this truly was a joint effort.

In fact it’s become a very successful partnership; I make that four deals in the last year with this winning combination. A big shout out to Anna Narizzano, Dan Cowling and the ever calm and patient Claire Mengham.
